I work at the intersection of product, UX and operations. I currently lead the Consumer Product & UX team at McClatchy, a 30-newsroom media company spanning from the Miami Herald to The Sacramento Bee. I am passionate about building inclusive and efficient processes, systems, and teams.

Before coming to McClatchy, I founded Kinethics, an interactive compliance-training company focused on anti-corruption law. I developed a love for journalism as a freelance writer and intern at CNN and UNC-Chapel Hill’s Reese News Lab.
Some other things I care about: furniture design, theology, the Midwest, racial and gender justice, painting, creative writing and Dolly Parton.
